Bowers & Wilkins P5 Headphone Review

Using them and loving them, a review of my almost perfect Bower & Wilkins P5 Headphones

First Impressions:

Wow, a finely crafted product with beautiful details and rich materials. Where’s the plastic? All you want to do is touch them.

Use:

Mostly at my desk and around the office listening to anything from podcasts to streaming music.  I’ve had them for about 12 months.

Visual Language:

Understated vintage Hi-Fi cool, with a contemporary twist.

Comfort:

Usability:

Quality:

Sound:

Very good, granted I don’t significantly put these through it’s paces with full high quality recordings.  It certainly fulfills the need for an office environment with background noise.

Value:

They are great value. Like other vintage Hi-Fi equipment they are something that you will have for life or at least a very long time.  The leather should age with time and will become personalized with wear. The components that might need replacing are modular and can be changed out easily.
